Our modern and fully equipped holiday home accommodates families and groups
up to twelve people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate WC, a comfy kitchen with a
huge dining table, and the inviting livingroom offer you plenty of space.
Highlight is our sauna with mood-lights: After a great day of sports you can relax and sweat.
Even your car feels at home: A carport and two parking spaces in front of the main entry are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee-machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge,
electric kitchen stove, microwave, fume hood, wood-stove and plenty of tableware.
Our living room offers a comfy couch and a huge flatscreen cable-TV.
Linen and towels are provided weekly, sauna-towels are included.
Our bakery-service delivers freshly baked bread daily, if ordered.
If you want to bring your pets, please ask in advance.
In winter there is a free ski-depot incl. ski-boots-drying waiting for you at the ski lift (Sport Hauser).
Your host Annemarie Mühlbacher and their two children take care of their Ferienhaus Kleinarl since its beginnings in 2006. They look after their guests and provide exclusive hints for a truly memorable holiday.
